Massage Location

We are happy to meet you at your desired location. We are currently servicing the Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. We do not service in public areas unless client provides all needed or required permission from desired location. Special accommodations must be made in advance for outside our service areas. Please contact us to schedule long distance appointments.

Initial Meeting

New clients will go through a two part intake process that requires your name, phone number, home address, medical history and palpation assessment. Over the phone we will collect your basic information: name, phone number, home address and massage location (if different from home address). At your scheduled appointment you will discuss medical history and problematic areas with your massage therapist. Please allow an additional 30 minutes to your session to analyze medical history and assessment.

During Session

• Communicate with your therapist your concerns, desired pressure level, and comfort. Honesty is the best policy.

• Dress down to your comfort level. Meaning: you can wear as little as your birth day suite (nude). Any article of clothing on the body means do not touch!

• Stop! if you feel uncomfortable for any reason please communicate with your therapist immediately.

After/Before Session

• Drink plenty of water before and after your treatment. This helps with dehydration, loss of fluids, reduces fatigue, as well as it helps eliminate toxins from your body.

• Avoid drinking alcohol or caffeine beverages for 12 hours, as they have dehydrating properties.

• Avoid strenuous activity for the next 12 hours after your massage to help your body relax and de-stress further.

• If taking a bath or shower before or after your session, use warm or hot water to further loosen and relax your muscles.

• Massage treatments work best, when performed on a regular basis. Make sure to book your next session promptly.

Payment Policy

• We require a valid debit/credit card to guarantee appointment.  

• To book your appointment a $75.00 deposit will be collected. Full payment will be processed before service is rendered Day of.

• We accept Zelle and cash (Registered Cell Number #: (818)489-9816.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid any fees, allow 24 hours prior to session to cancel. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to session will result in your $75.00 deposit.

Gratuity

Gratuity is welcomed but completely optional.
